How do I exchange an item?

Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 7 days from receiving the goods, are unused, are in their original packaging and have all tags still attached to them. The customer shall contact SBD Apparel India by sending an email to sales@sbd-india.com for sending the return courier pick up. This email should contain, the ordernumber, the item to be returned, the reason for the return and the desired replacement product.

An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item, will apply. The flat rate used for returns, both exchanges as well as refunds is INR499. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, and still in its original packaging. Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.

We can not accept items that were sent to us by yourself. The only way to return any items is by using our return service.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your exchange.

Typically this is within five business days, however, it can sometimes take up to ten business days.. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened. Please feel free to contact us for assistance in selecting your correct size at sales@sbd-india.com.

Defective goods

All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.

If a product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at sales@sbd-india.com and include your order number, name and delivery postcode. All SBD retailers are authorized to assess warranty claims, so please contact the original retailer of purchase. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
